Arrays rebuilt virtually, safely
We never experiment on your live array. Each member disk is imaged individually, then the RAID is reconstructed virtually — stripe size, parity rotation and disk order solved mathematically — so the originals stay untouched throughout.
- ✓RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60
- ✓Synology, QNAP, Asustor NAS
- ✓Dell, HP, IBM, Lenovo servers
- ✓Failed / foreign rebuilds
- ✓VMware / Hyper-V datastores
- ✓On-site pickup, NDA on request
RAID emergency rules
- 1.Never force a drive online or re-initialize the array.
- 2.Don't swap disk slots "to test" — order matters enormously.
- 3.Label every disk with its slot before removing anything.
- 4.Multiple dead disks? Power the unit down and call us now.
How your recovery runs
- 1Priority intake with slot-map documentation and per-disk imaging.
- 2Virtual RAID reconstruction with parameter solving.
- 3File-system and database integrity verification with your team.
- 4Restoration to your hardware or encrypted handover drives.
Server & RAID questions, answered
Don't import it. "Foreign" means the controller lost the array metadata — importing with wrong parameters destroys parity alignment. Power down, label the disks, and let us rebuild it virtually.
Not necessarily — the "second failure" is often a stale or minor fault while one disk holds the real damage. We image all members and frequently recover complete arrays from exactly this situation.
Yes — corporate NDAs are routine for us, and server jobs run on isolated systems with documented chain of custody. Encrypted handover media available on request.
Array down? Don't rebuild blind — call the priority line.
